Engr. Victor is a graduate of Civil Engineering and is the Founder and presently the MD/CEO of ADVAD. He is a member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers, (MNSE), Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and Nigeria Institute of Civil Engineers (MNICE).

Before Founding ADVAD in 2009, Victor had put in fourteen (14) years in Negris Limited where he started his career as a supervisor and rose to Senior Manager in the company before resigning and started ADVAD Limited. While in Negris, he was involved in managing several multimilliondollar projects within the Industrial, Power, Oil and Gas sector of Nigeria economy. These projects include the initial 2x 7.5MW (15MW) and 10MW expansion for Shell Petroleum Development Company -Shell Central Power Plant (SPDC – SCPP) Project that powers the Industrial and Residential Areas of Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, He was also involved in the 3 x 10 MW (30MW) Power Plant for Shell Petroleum Development Company, Bonny Terminal, Bonny, Rivers State, The Phase One 3 x 10MW (30MW) Rivers State Trans Amadi Power Plant, Port Harcourt, 2 x 3MW (6MW) Lekki Electrical Power System Upgrade (LEPSU II) for Chevron Nigeria Limited, Lekki, Lagos and the first phase 10MW Island Power Plant Project, Marina Lagos and many other projects.

ADVAD under his management, he has been involved in several outstanding power projects which include the Phase 1 & 2 Energizing Education Projects ( EEP 1 & 2) Solar Hybrid Power Plants with total installed capacity of 60MW, The Energizing Health Project for 100 Health Centers across the Six (6) Geopolitical zones of the Federation, 10MW Standalone Solar Power Plant in Kano for the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA), 140MW Geometric Power IPP , Aba in Abia State, The famous Blueline IPP that powers the Blue Rail line, Refurbishment of 7.6MW MWM Diesel Generating sets in Akute for Lagos Water Works, 8.5MW PIPP LVI Genco’s Power Plant in Lekki, 3.8MW Ilupeju Power Plant, 5MW Lisabi Power Plant, 4MW Sapio Utilities Power Plant, Various Power Project Feasibility Studies/Technical Advisory and several Civil Construction and rehabilitation works for United Nations Agencies.

Adediji has worked as Consultant for International bodies like United Kingdom Agency for International Development (UKAID), United States Agency for International Development (USAID) through Power Africa Nigeria, Department for Infrastructure Development (DFID) through Nigeria Infrastructure Advisory Facility (NIAF) and Policy Development Facility (PDF II).
