Adekunle Sobanwa is an experienced engineer with over thirty years of diversified work experience in business development, project management and manufacturing in the industrial and energy sectors of the Nigerian economy. He has worked at senior management and strategic leadership levels in leading industrial and energy companies such as Cadbury Nigeria Plc, UAC Plc and Energy Company Plc where as business development and project manager.

He supervised the engineering, procurement and installation of independent power plants for Lagos State Government and multi-nationals like Unilever, Nestle and Coca-Cola.An active participant in the deregulation of the electricity sector, Mr. Sobanwa brings on board extensive cross functional experience and deep sector knowledge of the electricity industry in Nigeria. Mr. Sobanwa has a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from University of Ibadan and an MBA from the University of Lagos
