On December 15, 2024, ADVAD Limited marked its 15th anniversary with a grand celebration in Lagos, Nigeria. The event was attended by dignitaries, staff, and partners, showcasing the company’s remarkable journey and achievements over the years.
15 Years of Success
Founded in 2009, ADVAD Limited is a fully indigenous and rapidly growing company providing energy services to Nigeria’s oil, gas, and industrial sectors. Known for excellence and innovation, ADVAD has consistently delivered on complex projects, driven by a team of experienced engineers with over 15years of combined expertise.
Meet the Visionary Leader
The success story of ADVAD is incomplete without mentioning its founder and CEO, Engr. Victor Adediji. A graduate of Civil Engineering and a member of esteemed professional organizations like MNSE, COREN, and MNICE, Engr. Adediji is a trailblazer in the industry. Before founding ADVAD, he spent 14 years at Negris Limited, where he rose from a supervisor to Senior Manager, overseeing multimillion-dollar power and energy projects.
Under his leadership, ADVAD has executed several landmark projects, including:
- Refurbishment of a 2 by 3.2MW Deutz Diesel generator at Akute Water Works, Lagos.
- Installation of an 8.5MW power plant in Lekki.
- Multiple feasibility studies and technical advisory projects.
Honoring Excellence
The anniversary celebration was hosted by popular comedian Gbenga Adeyinka the First, and it featured awards recognizing outstanding contributions from staff and partners.
The Key Awards presented include the Founder’s Excellence Award to Engr. Victor Adediji for visionary leadership, the Pillar of Support Award to Engr. Olu Oyeyemi for unwavering support, and the Growth and Partnership Award to Mr. Farouk Agoro for impactful collaborations. The Long Service Award (10 Years) winners is Damola Alabi
Employee Awards:The Employee Awards winners are as follows: Akinfenwa Akinpelu as Employer of the Year, Tope Opelusi for the Leadership Award, Osita Francis for the Team Player Award, Ajibola Olamide and Damola Alabi as the Best Dressed (Male and Female, respectively), and Timileyin Adeleke for the Stellar Performance Award.

The celebration began with a red carpet meet-and-greet for VIPs, followed by an evening of fun and creativity. Guests enjoyed magical displays, dance performances, and live music.
