She holds a Master’s Degree in Finance with a specialization in Investment and has completed several professional training certifications, strengthening her expertise in finance, taxation, and business administration. Her strong analytical ability, precision, and strategic outlook enable her to develop effective financial frameworks that align with the company’s long-term objectives while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

In addition to leading the Finance and Accounts function, Damola also heads Branding and Communications at Advad Limited, where she contributes to strengthening the company’s corporate identity, visibility, and stakeholder engagement.
