Gbenga Adegbite holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lagos, and has undergone trainings in the engineering and management sphere in over seven countries including the United Kingdom, France and USA.

He has 20 years experience in the power sector with his experience spanning through various multidisciplinary power project with a combined installed capacity of over 1000MW. He has in these various projects risen from the level of field engineer to Executive director (projects) before joining ADVAD’s board of Directors.

He has managed power projects involving EPC and commissioning including the 150MW Omoku Gas Turbine and 100MW Trans Amadi Gas turbine power stations in Rivers State, Egbema 338MW and Gbarain 225MW simple cycle power plant amongst others. He holds membership in COREN, NSE and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers
